Join Scicom as an Executive Technical Support professional! In this role, you will assist customers and clients with technical issues related to computers and devices. You will identify problems, provide resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience by following up on cases. Staying updated with new processes and products is essential, as is the ability to work independently from home. Candidates should have a diploma or degree, fluency in Burmese and good English skills, as well as a solid understanding of hardware and Microsoft Operating Systems. Strong customer service skills are required.
