Deskripsi Kerja
Position: Export Customer Service
Location: Bukit Tinggi, Klang
Salary: RM 2,500 per month
Job Requirements:
– Execute booking and handle pre-book volume with customer-appointed ocean liners.
– Ensure vessel space is secured, liaise with forwarding team, liner, and customer for shipment requirements.
– Collaborate with 3PL forwarding and warehouse teams to manage container delivery issues.
– Follow up on invoices from ocean liners and ensure timely release of shipping documentation.
– Prepare manual shipping documents (invoices, packing list, COO) to meet special customer requests.
– Liaise with customers regarding booking, shipment, and documentation issues.
