Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a Facilities Technician responsible for maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. You’ll ensure common areas are clean and monitor building systems for optimal performance. Adhering to safety regulations and maintaining records is essential. You’ll also coordinate with contractors and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
Key skills include knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, proficiency with tools, and basic computer literacy.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month, including day and night shifts.
