INSAFOAM INSULATION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Manager to lead our operations. The Factory Manager will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to streamline manufacturing processes, recruit and train staff, assure quality control, and maintain factory machinery.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven managerial experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, analytical, and time management skills are essential.
This is a full-time position with a salary of RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month, offering opportunities for promotion and professional development, along with a performance bonus.
