We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at ZONG XUN EMBROIDERY & MARKETING. In this role, you will:

• Answer customer inquiries related to online shopping on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Handle customer calls effectively to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Resolve complaints promptly with appropriate solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Work in a comfortable air-conditioned office environment, with your own desk.

Salary: RM2,500.00 to RM6,00.00 monthly
