Deskripsi Kerja
We are hiring an experienced F&B Captain to lead restaurant service, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities include managing daily floor operations and shift schedules, training and coaching servers, supervising order accuracy and presentation, handling deposits and basic cash procedures, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and resolving guest concerns promptly.
Requirements: minimum 2 years in supervisory F&B role, strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work flexible hours, and knowledge of POS systems.
