Deskripsi Kerja
Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a motivated F&B Coordinator to oversee all outlet promotions, including planning, implementation, and coordination with other departments. Responsibilities include preparing monthly promotion reports, participating in functions, and liaising with the Chef and Marcom for promotion events and menus.
The ideal candidate will assist in preparing annual promotion calendars, analyze outlet promotions, and ensure timely availability of promotional materials. Additional duties include sourcing contracts for in-house entertainment for special events.
