Deskripsi Kerja
Hatten Hotel Melaka is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee our service staff and ensure a smooth operational flow. Key responsibilities include directing and supervising service staff, preparing checklists for daily opening, conducting pre-service briefings, and inspecting restaurant equipment and staff appearance.
Additionally, you will manage maintenance requests, highlight issues to the Food & Beverage Manager, and ensure staff are updated on daily specials and events. This is a permanent position with a rotational shift schedule, expected to start on 11/11/2024.
