Deskripsi Kerja
TE Connectivity is seeking a Finance Analyst II to provide financial support and performance analysis to our global and regional operations and plant management teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner, responsible for managing a team of operational financial analysts and plant controllers. Key tasks include consolidating and analyzing actual results, forecasts, and budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, analyzing product and material productivity, and driving freight and inventory reductions. Coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team is essential to support capital investments and enhance organizational success.
