Job Responsibilities :
Assist in optimizing financial transactions and systems through the reconciliation of payments and customer accounts
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments
Conduct monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts receivable
Process adjustments to customer accounts
Generate monthly statements for customers
Review accounts receivable aging to ensure compliance
Address customer queries and resolve any issues
Prepare Interco billing invoice and Interco movement details
Support month-end closing activities
Assist with statutory audit requirements
Assist with Treasury related matter
Manage subsidiary dormant company management accounts
Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned
Identify problematic accounts and provide regular updates to management
Collaborate with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure financial accuracy
Pre-Requisites :
Possess minimum 1 years’ working experience in accounts receivable and general accounting
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
Proficient in relevant computer software, particularly SAP Accounting System
Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Effective verbal and written communication skills
