Deskripsi Kerja
Mouse Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily front desk and back-end restaurant operations. You will be responsible for solving operational problems such as staff issues and customer complaints, maintaining high customer service levels, and ensuring the cleanliness of food and beverage areas.
Additionally, you will assist in planning and approving marketing activities and lead the outlet to achieve sales targets. A business license (F&B) handling experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM5,00.00 per month
Experience: F&B Operations: 5 years (Preferred)
Language: Mandarin (Required)
