Deskripsi Kerja
Job Responsibilities:
– Empower trainees for independent operation.
– Emphasize food safety and QSC habits.
– Deliver theoretical and practical training.
– Short-term travel for store openings.
– Collaborate with the training team for proactive problem-solving.
– Streamline training for quality improvement.
– Conduct monthly training for 20 individuals across 5 stores, including 2 practical sessions.
– Assist with training plans and assessments.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years in catering management; tea drink experience preferred.
– Strong responsibility and communication skills.
– Open to short-term travel and various shifts.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM4,00 – RM5,00/month
