The Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and enhance our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the practical supervision of all staff in the food and beverage department, ensuring all administrative duties are met. Key responsibilities include implementing restaurant standards, planning and directing related activities, conducting trainings, and working towards improving restaurant revenues while minimizing costs.
Our ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high service standards and continually seeking ways to improve them.
