Position Overview: Maju Management Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. You will motivate sales teams, implement business strategies, and assist in training new staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sales staff and provide training
• Help achieve sales goals
• Maintain exceptional customer service
• Oversee store’s overall image and inventory management

Requirements: Minimum SPM or diploma, with 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail. Strong communication and leadership skills are a must.
