Position Overview:
Maju Management Enterprise is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations. This role involves motivating sales teams, implementing business strategies, and training new staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales staff and conduct training.
- Achieve sales goals.
- Maintain store image and handle inventory management.
- Analyze store performance and manage customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience in retail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Monthly salary: RM3,200.00 – RM3,600.00.
