Deskripsi Kerja

Maju Management Enterprise is seeking a motivated and experienced Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising sales staff, achieving sales goals, enhancing customer service, and maintaining the store’s image.

Responsibilities include: training staff, managing inventory, analyzing store performance, and addressing customer inquiries.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least an SPM or Diploma, with 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience. Strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to work shifts, including holidays, are essential.

Benefits: Competitive salary of RM3,200.00 – RM3,600.00 with additional allowances and medical benefits.
