Deskripsi Kerja
Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth and effective functioning, motivating sales teams, implementing strategies, and training new staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train sales staff
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain store image and inventory
Requirements:
- SPM/Diploma or relevant experience
- 2-3 years in retail or supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
Base pay of RM3,200.00 – RM3,600.00, travel allowance, commissions, health insurance, and more!
