Deskripsi Kerja
Position Overview: Maju Management Sdn Bhd is looking for a committed Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to manage daily store operations effectively. Responsibilities include supervising staff, achieving sales targets, enhancing customer service, managing inventory, and analyzing performance.
Requirements: Candidates should possess at least SPM or Diploma and have 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are a must, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: Monthly salary ranges from RM2,900.00 to RM3,500.00, with additional commission opportunities and health benefits.
