Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently. Responsibilities include supervising sales staff, achieving sales goals, maintaining customer service, managing inventory, and analyzing store performance.
Requirements: Candidates should possess at least an SPM or Diploma with 2-3 years of retail supervisory experience. Essential skills include effective communication, leadership, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits: Monthly pay ranging from RM3,200.00 to RM3,600.00, travel allowance, commission, and additional benefits.
