Deskripsi Kerja
Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations. This role involves motivating the sales team, implementing business strategies, and assisting in staff training.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales staff and training
- Achieve sales goals
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain store image
- Handle inventory management
- Analyze store performance
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma
- 2-3 years of retail supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills
- Shift work required
