Position Overview: Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, motivate sales teams, implement business strategies, and assist in training new staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales staff and assist with training.
- Aid in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain store image.
- Manage inventory handling and monitor stock levels.
- Analyze store performance and handle customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or relevant experience.
- 2-3 years in retail or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including public holidays.
