Position Overview:

Maju Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Footwear Retail Shop Supervisor to oversee daily store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, motivate the sales team, implement effective business strategies, and assist in training new staff.

Responsibilities include supervising sales staff, enhancing customer service, managing inventory, and analyzing store performance.

Requirements:

SPM or Diploma with 2-3 years of retail or supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
