Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance evaluation systems.
- Align talent capabilities with company objectives.
- Create strategies for talent retention.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Manage recruitment processes including onboarding and offboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance. Pay: RM500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month.
