Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Karar Solutions Sdn Bhd as a Freelance IT Support Field Technician! In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site IT support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and installing and configuring IT equipment and systems.
Your key responsibilities include:
- NIOSH TM CARD (optional)
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance/Corrective Maintenance
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance for Network
- Working hour availability on weekdays
- Timely response to service tickets
- Effective communication with clients
- Documentation of issues and resolutions
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: RM60.00 – RM100.00 per day
