Deskripsi Kerja
Karar Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Freelance IT Support Field Technician. Key responsibilities include managing NIOSH TM CARD requirements, responding promptly to customer requests, and escalating Service Desk issues to appropriate teams. The role involves assisting with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of desktop technology and network devices, as well as administering user accounts via Active Directory.
Ideal candidates will engage in ad hoc projects utilizing systems analysis techniques and consulting with users to determine technology needs.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: RM60.00 – RM100.00 per day
Schedule: On call
Location: Ipoh (Preferred)
