Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a motivated Freight Forwarding Customer Service Executive to join our team at Worldgate Express Services Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will facilitate internal coordination with various departments to meet customer and agent requirements. You will build strong relationships with customers, agents, and service providers while ensuring timely shipment updates.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring customer inquiries, handling special requirements for shipments, and submitting necessary documentation before cargo reaches its destination. You’ll also prepare customer shipment delivery plans and generate reports as required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,00.00/month
