Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Ambercove

ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Admin cum Customer Service Executive for our front desk. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily management of front desk operations.
  • Addressing resident complaints and feedback.
  • Preparing documents for the Management Committee meetings.
  • Organizing resident documents for the Annual General Meeting (AGM)/Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
  • Ensuring control over stock and stationery.
  • Compliance with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).
  • Assisting with other tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Starting from RM2,00.00 monthly

Work Location: On-site
