Working Location: Sovotel Boutique Hotel, Uptown 28 PJ

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in and check-out duties
• Manage room reservations via online and phone
• Welcome guests and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel rates and amenities
• Respond to guest complaints professionally
• Ensure rooms are clean by liaising with housekeeping
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Job Requirements:

• Shift work required (morning, afternoon, night)
• 1 year experience preferred
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month
