Deskripsi Kerja

Join our team at SOVOTEL MALAYSIA SDN BHD as a Front Desk Agent at NapZone Kuala Lumpur International Airport KLIA2.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out hotel guests.
  • Manage online and telephone reservations.
  • Verify payment methods during check-in.
  • Assign rooms and inform guests of hotel specials.
  • Organize transportation services as requested.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Customer service-oriented and flexible with shifts.

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,800.00 per month.
