Radiant Clinique Bukit Jelutong is seeking a Front Desk Assistant to enhance our customer service experience. Key responsibilities include responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing complaints with empathy, and providing product information across various communication channels.
Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service, be familiar with social media platforms, and possess excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
The position offers a monthly pay range of RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00, benefits include hostel accommodation, allowances, medical, annual leaves, and sales incentives.
