Thai Odyssey Management Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist. Responsibilities include handling customer calls and walk-ins, managing therapist schedules, promoting massage packages, and managing customer bookings. You will also be responsible for addressing customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness at the front desk, handling transactions, and inventory management. Candidates should possess a minimum SPM, have good communication skills in English and Malay, and be organized. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
