Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and walk-in customers.
• Schedule therapy sessions and staff working hours.
• Handle customer bookings and promote massage packages.
• Address customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness at the front desk and outlet.
• Assist with administrative tasks and handle transactions.

Job Requirements: Minimum SPM, ability to work 5 days a week including weekends, strong interpersonal skills, and a good customer service attitude.
