Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at Bayou Lagoon Park Resort as a Front Office Assistant. We are looking for a punctual individual who presents themselves neatly, complete with a name tag. Responsibilities include performing reception and cashier functions, assisting guests with safe boxes, and addressing all inquiries, requests, and complaints. You will also be required to maintain cleanliness, generate reports, and ensure shift closing balances. Strong communication skills in Mandarin are preferred, along with a minimum education of STM/STPM.
