Deskripsi Kerja

MG CAPITAL SDN BHD is looking for a dedicated Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various responsibilities including:

  • Reservation management
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Managing the check-in and check-out process
  • Answering phone calls
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Handling guest complaints and inquiries
  • Front office management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,200.00 per month

Benefits: Maternity leave, opportunities for promotion, parental leave, and professional development.

Schedule: Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay and yearly bonus.

Keperluan

  • Good Communication Skills
  • No Criminal Record
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Minimum Age of 18 Years
  • Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Able to Work in a Team
  • Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
