Position: Front Office Associate / Receptionist
Company: Amerald Properties (Melaka) Sdn Bhd
Location: Estadia Hotel, Jalan Merdeka, Bandar Hilir, Melaka
As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your main responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing information about our hotel services. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation are essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly pay range of RM1,700.00 – RM1,800.00. Benefits include maternity leave, meals provided, and opportunities for promotion.
