Deskripsi Kerja
Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a dedicated Front Office Associate to perform essential reception, cashiering, guest services, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations at the Front Desk, aiming to meet and exceed guest expectations while adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Duties:
- Timely arrival, dressed neatly with a name tag.
- Read the log book and initial at the start of each shift.
- Participate in daily briefings prior to the shift.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Perform cashier functions and ensure shift closing balances.
