Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Officer to join our team at Bienven (M) Sdn Bhd – Citadines Connect. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations with utmost professionalism.

Key responsibilities include maintaining excellent relationships with guests, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions, addressing guest requests and complaints, and supporting housekeeping services. A positive attitude and effective communication skills are essential for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 – RM2,300.00 per month

License/Certification: A valid B2 or D driving license is required.
