Deskripsi Kerja

Job Summary:
- Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
- Handle guest check-in/check-out according to Front Office policies.
- Manage room reservations and cashiering tasks.
- Answer and forward telephone calls.
- Address basic guest inquiries through calls or WhatsApp.
- Provide initial customer service and manage complaints.
- Maintain a tidy reception and lobby area.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM1,800.00 per month

Keperluan
