Hatten Hotel Melaka is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to oversee Reception, Cashiers, and Guest Services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations at the Front Desk while exceeding guest expectations in alignment with our management’s policies and procedures.
Duties Include:
- Supervising reception and cashier functions.
- Coordinating room sales to maximize revenue.
- Ensuring cleanliness and communication with all departments.
- Training staff and promoting their development.
- Enforcing safety and security procedures.
