Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Front Office Team Leader. You will assist in the efficient running of the Front Office Department, aligning with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of associates, guests, and owners.
Qualifications:
- Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
- Preferred degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Experience as a Lead Host or Team Leader in luxury hotels is advantageous.
- Professional appearance and demeanor under pressure.
- Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in front office management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
