Deskripsi Kerja
Lead daily warehouse operations (inbound, returns, inventory, outbound, maintenance), ensure SLA compliance and cost optimization. Produce reports and analyses, track shrinkage and stock movement, forecast and recommend improvements. Lead and develop operational teams, conduct briefings and performance reviews. Requirements: fulfillment/warehouse or manufacturing experience, proven people and operations management, strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills, fluent in English and the local language.
