Deskripsi Kerja
TWO95 International, Inc is seeking a dedicated Game Customer Service representative to join our team. Your responsibilities will include responding to player inquiries, assisting with game-related issues, and providing guidance on game rules and strategies. You’ll document player interactions and collaborate with development teams to resolve complex issues.
We require candidates to have customer service experience, preferably in the gaming industry, with excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. A passion for gaming is essential.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary of up to RM5,00. Benefits include additional leave, a flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional development.
