Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a Local Female Malaysian to join our team at You Sen Machinery Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of billing and collections, managing correspondence, handling quotations and delivery orders, and maintaining proper filing and documentation.
Key responsibilities include ensuring timely invoice dispatch, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and overseeing all administrative matters.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM) and alternate Saturdays (9 AM – 1 PM) at our semi-D office in Batu 10 Cheras.
