Deskripsi Kerja
Duties and Responsibilities: As a General Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
- Recording incoming Purchase Orders and confirming receipt via email to customers.
- Receiving incoming calls and monitoring office CCTV.
- Recording finished goods according to work orders.
- Issuing Delivery Orders and Invoices to customers.
- Preparing sales tax exemptions when necessary.
- Preparing monthly BA for customers.
- Offering tea/coffee to visitors and entertaining guests.
- Arranging interview sessions and preparing appointment letters.
- Assisting the Account and Admin Executive as needed.
- Undertaking tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00/month
