Deskripsi Kerja
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in the Insurance Domain Industry.
The role will be heavily administrative, requiring familiarity with and experience in Genesys products and capabilities. Prior experience with AVAYA platforms is advantageous.
Candidates should possess experience in Genesys solutions, including Contact Center design, user management, queue & routing configuration, system configuration, integration management, security management, reporting & analytics, technical setup, and interconnectivity with other platforms.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Salary: RM96,00.00 – RM115,00.00 per month.
Language Requirement: English (Required)
Work Location: In-person.
