Deskripsi Kerja
Tenure: 2 years (Renewable basis)
Location: Shah Alam
Working Hours: Night Shift (9 PM – 6 AM, Fixed Shift)
Salary: RM 2800 – RM 3200 + Allowance (RM 500 shift + RM 400 training)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality technical support to Esri end users.
- Resolve issues related to ArcGIS technologies.
- Maintain case documentation in CRM systems.
- Author knowledge articles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Open to fresh graduates with internship experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
