Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Manage interview scheduling and logistics for candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance candidate experience and streamline interview processes.
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams to understand their needs.
- Promote ByteDance/TikTok branding while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- HR background or interest in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; ability to work shifts.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 / month
