Deskripsi Kerja

We are seeking a dedicated Grab Call Agent to join our team at JOBBUILDER. You will assist customers by answering inquiries, addressing complaints, and effectively resolving issues via phone and email.

We offer a rotational shift schedule (day and night). Candidates must have at least SPM qualification, be proficient in English, and be at least 18 years old. The basic salary starts at RM 1,900, with potential earnings up to RM 2,800 monthly.

Benefits include allowances and free temporary accommodation for 2 weeks to 1 month. Work location is in-person at Medini, Iskandar Puteri Johor.
