Deskripsi Kerja
Join the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Guest Relations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for warmly greeting guests and gathering their preferences to ensure an exceptional stay. You will maintain a guest history database while actively participating in guest recognition activities to retain our valued repeat guests.
Your responsibilities include ensuring all rooms are prepared before check-in, checking VIP accommodations, and delivering top-notch service during check-in and check-out. You’ll also coordinate special setups for birthdays, anniversaries, and honeymoons, while identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
