Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to manage customer feedback and ensure excellent service recovery for any issues reported during their stay at our hospital. Your primary goal will be to guarantee that customers leave satisfied and without grievances towards AVISENA.
Placement: Avisena Specialist Hospital
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,600.00 per month
